Kansai International Airport (KIX) is located
in OSAKA. It is Japan’s first international airport to be
operational round-the-clock with multiple 4,000-meter runways.
KIX is the gateway to Kansai and Japan. It has an extensive flight
network of international and domestic routes. It is easily accessible
from anywhere in Kansai by trains and buses.

From the Airport, it is easily accessible to all
fascinating cities in Kansai by train, bus and even by sea To
Namba, one of Osaka's main shopping areas, Nankai Railway offers
you very easy access. When traveling directly to Kyoto, we would
recommend JR limited express train, Haruka. If you want to take
a bullet train, it also stops at Shin-Osaka on the way. For tourist,
railway companies offer special discount tickets. Check them at
the travel desk below.
Furthermore, you can take a high-speed ferry to Kobe and a limousine
bus bound for some cities in Kansai, Shikoku and Chugoku area.

Tourism Information Center is located
in the center of the 1st floor, where international passengers arrive.
It is within 30m from both the north and south arrival gates.
The Center offers maps and pamphlets regarding the larger Kansai
area, local tourist spots, traditional festivals, events, restaurants,
and shops. Information is available in English, Chinese, and other
languages. |
